this project brings together the scientific and technical knowledge needed, and connecting the relevant local and international stakeholders, with the objective to implement a functioning wind-solar hybrid power system for upper mustang, as a pilot project on a small-unit scale. a design, planning, implementation & operation guideline will serve as basis for a sustainable multiplication throughout the region.
